1994 June, Xi'an Joint Ultrafiltration Purification Equipment Co., Ltd. was established.
1998 January, Xi'an Ultrafiltration Purification Engineering Co., Ltd. was established.
In 1996, Xi'an Joint Ultrafiltration Company and in 1999, Xi'an Ultrafiltration Engineering Company were recognized as high-tech enterprises.
In 1997, Xi'an Joint Ultrafiltration Company and in 1998, Xi'an Ultrafiltration Engineering Company were awarded as new star enterprises and technological innovation enterprises by Xi'an High-tech Zone.
In March 1998, the modular micro-heat drying and filtration device was recognized as a Torch Program project.
In 1999, the high-efficiency gas-liquid separation device project received the Innovation Fund of the International Science and Technology Department.
In June 1999, Hangzhou Ultrafiltration Purification Equipment Co., Ltd. was established.
In October 2000, the company's headquarters moved to Xi'an High-tech Zone.
In March 2001, the company passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification.
In August 2001, the company was rated as "Xi'an's Nine Five Excellent High-tech Enterprise", and Mr. Li Daming, the general manager, was awarded the title of "Xi'an Nine Five Science and Technology Entrepreneur Star".
In 2002, the company was listed as a key supported enterprise by the Xi'an Science and Technology Commission; the High-tech Zone awarded it as an outstanding enterprise in intellectual property.
In 2003, the company was recognized as an advanced technology enterprise by Xi'an Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau.
In 2003, the company passed the GJB9001A-2001 military product quality system certification of the national military standard.
In September 2004, Zhuhai Joint Ultrafiltration Purification Equipment Co., Ltd. was established.
In May 2005, Xi'an Ultrafiltration Wuxi Branch was established.
In August 2005, the zero-emission gas drying device received the Innovation Fund of the International Science and Technology Department.
In April 2006, the company was awarded as the 2005 Outstanding Enterprise in Scientific and Technological Innovation of Xi'an High-tech Zone.
In April 2007, the company's CNG vehicle refueling station dedicated dehydration device was exported to Myanmar in batches.
In April 2008, the company obtained the National Industrial Product Production License.
In June 2014, the company obtained the Chinese Special Equipment Manufacturing License (Categories I, II, and III).
In January 2015, the company obtained the Special Equipment Design License.
In February 2015, the company passed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification.
In February 2015, the company passed the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.
In March 2015, the Wuxi Branch obtained the Special Equipment Manufacturing License (Category III).
