On the afternoon of December 30, 2015, an internal training session titled "Service Spirit" was held in Xi'an Superfiltration. All the company's employees participated in the training. The main speaker of this training, Mr. Wang Li, is a professional manager with 20 years of experience in the service industry. He holds positions such as the Secretary-General of the Inner Mongolia Chapter of the International Golden Key Organization and the Deputy General Manager of Inner Mongolia Hotels. He has a unique understanding of the service industry. In the course, Mr. Wang Li combined theory with practice, and his lectures were lively and interesting. He expounded on the essence of modern service industry from aspects such as the shaping of employees' workplace image, the transformation of service concepts, and the sense of mission and happiness of service. The concepts proposed by Mr. Wang Li, such as "Servant Ethical Service View", "The Theory of Flattering", "The Marketing of Not Products but Dreams", and "Service is the Happiness of Both Employees and Customers", made the classroom atmosphere lively and the interactive环节 won the active participation of everyone.
