The quality of compressed air reflects different development stages, such as whether it is low-end manufacturing or high-end, advanced manufacturing. With China's economic transformation and upgrading, the demand for clean air sources and their quality have been increasing. However, the current situation is very poor. It can be said that 30% is ineffective operation or failure, and over 70% does not meet the standards, or the dew point is too high or the energy consumption is too high. The reasons are as follows: First, the manufacturing plants are small, low, and scattered. Among the top three in the world, there are ten more small ones. In China, there are over one hundred with licenses, and the total number of unlicensed production exceeds two hundred. Second, due to overcapacity and fierce price competition, the gas purification industry has become a major area where counterfeits and substandard products abound in the general industry. New technologies and new products, such as compressed hot zero gas consumption, have also become the main area where counterfeits and substandard products exist in this industry. Third, customers prioritize the main machine over the auxiliary machine, only knowing pressure and flow, but not knowing the harm of oil, water, and dust to product quality and gas-using equipment.
