On-site Observation Seminar on Compression Heat Zero-Gas Consumption Adsorption Dryer

In June 2015 and August 2015, the "On-site Observation Seminar for New Products with Zero Heat and Zero Gas Consumption" jointly organized by Xi'an Ultrafiltration and Wuxi Huaren Microelectronics was held at the air compressor station of the factory and the Xime Hotel on two separate occasions. More than 50 representatives from centrifugal compressor, oil-free screw compressor manufacturers and distributors in the eastern region attended the meeting. The representatives carefully observed and understood the functional characteristics of this super energy-saving adsorption dryer that integrates heat recovery and zero gas consumption, and praised its beautiful appearance and excellent performance.
Subsequently, Li Daming, the general manager of Xi'an Ultrafiltration Company, gave a detailed introduction to the representatives at the conference hall of Xime Hotel about the technology and unique process of this product. The leaders of Huaren Microelectronics also introduced to the representatives the reliable operation, stable performance and energy-saving benefits assessment (with energy savings reaching over 90%) of this product, which received continuous applause and praise from the representatives.
Huaren Microelectronics currently has nearly thirty oil-free screw compressors, and the corresponding dryers are still high-energy-consuming ones. The successful operation of this product will play a huge role in promoting energy-saving technological renovations of the air compressor station. The company has clearly stated that it will preferentially purchase Xi'an Ultrafiltration's energy-saving products in the future and plans to gradually replace the existing outdated equipment.
